Join Modest Mouse and a slew of other great bands on the inaugural Modest Mouse Cruise: Ice Cream Floats, A four-night round trip cruise from Miami to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, happening February 5-9, 2026 on Norwegian Pearl.
Join your fellow Modest Mouse fans on a profound journey filled with intimate live performances, crazy curated activities, and Norwegian Cruise Line amenities like a full-service spa, pool, and specialty dining options. Whether you’re taking in the bands under the open sea sky, exploring the Caribbean, or just enjoying the ride, this is the ultimate experience for the indie-rock buffs.

Storytime with Isaac Brock
Gather 'round in criss-cross-applesauce fashion to hear Isaac Brock of Modest Mouse read through children’s books with more character than you can imagine.
Parade of Freaks
Come one, come all as Isaac Brock leads a gaggle of the silliest and most eclectic freaks and creatures through the ship! We'll begin at the Sports Court and journey together as we make our way to the Pool Deck for some live music! Night 2 will lead us to a Modest Mouse set and Night 3 will lead us to the Ugly Casanova set.
This is your time to truly express yourself. Let all things creative, funky, and fun shine as we celebrate being together for this extraordinary voyage.

Every night, we’ll welcome a different band member to host the DJ booth for a night of movin’ and groovin’, Ice Cream Float style.

Everyone LOVES fabulous prizes! And it doesn't get much easier than grabbing a drink, securing your bingo cards, and picking your seat to play a game that only needs you to listen out for "B13!" The fabulous prizes are a secret... you've got to show up and play to find out!

We're taking our fabulous bands away from the stage and giving it to YOU! Your 15 minutes of fame are just around the corner so pick out your song, warm up those pipes, and let the world hear! And for the cherry-on-top, Karaoke will be hosted by Secret Special Guests!
Rock N Roll Trivia
Trivia night at the local pub just got even better because it's going to be on the ship in the middle of the ocean! We're going to take over O'Sheehan's Pub for Rock N' Roll Trivia night so you can enjoy your fave pub snacks while trying to win surprise Ice Cream Floats merch items!
Tattoo Parlor

Sometimes we need to wind down from all the live music with some ZEN. We'll offer several Yoga and Soundbath classes while sailing so that we can remain grounded, even in the middle of the ocean.

Autograph Sessions
Rubbing elbows with the artists who have created the incredible songs we love can be life-changing. Read below for info about how it will run!
No need to sign up—just arrive early and jump into the fun, as it’s all first-come, first-served!
What to expect:
- Talent who are participating* in the Autograph Sessions will be shared in your onboard morning newsletter (delivered outside of your cabin the day of the session)
- We will begin passing out tickets 1 hour before the session begins (on a first-come, first-served basis)
- You will be called up in groups according to your ticket number and walked into the autograph space by a Sixthman staffer.
- Once in the room, you may join the line** for any talent*** that you like.
- You may bring an item of your choosing to be signed (items are not provided at the session)
- Photos with the talent are not permitted.
- Please see any Sixthman staff member for assistance with mobility challenges.
*Modest Mouse will not be participating in the Autograph Sessions.
**Lines may be closed throughout the session based on capacity and timing.
***Availability will depend on volume. Autographs from all talent are not guaranteed.

Caracatures by JPO
While sailing, artist John Paul Ogrodnick (aka JPO) will be stationed with his supplies to create LIVE caracatures of our Floaters.
